Raymond Ngu, Esq.

 
 

Before joining Open City Advocates, Raymond Ngu served as a public policy and health care associate with Covington & Burling LLP. During his time at Covington, Raymond completed a rotation in the Family Law Unit at Neighborhood Legal Services Program where he represented clients on custody issues, child support matters, and civil protection order proceedings. Raymond received his BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Carleton College and his JD from NYU School of Law.

In law school, he was the Senior Articles Editor of the Law Review and an AnBryce Scholar, which is awarded to students who are among the first in their family to pursue a graduate or professional degree and have proven themselves to be leaders in the face of challenging social and economic circumstances.
